Coffee Plantation Tour
Embark on a cultural journey to discover authentic Oaxacan coffee
Coffee Plantation
On this cultural excursion, we take you to experience true Oaxacan coffee at a plantation located approximately an hour and a half from the Huatulco Bays. Before reaching this wonderful place, we’ll visit Santa María Huatulco, the authentic village where Huatulco native inhabitants originated. Upon arrival at Pluma Hidalgo, situated at 1350 meters above sea level, we’ll head to Finca Oro del Sur, where a family awaits for us with coffee that has been crafted for generations on this estate. This farm is not merely a tourist attraction; it is primarily a coffee plantation and harvest. Pluma Hidalgo is recognized as one of the global top five sites for organic, high-altitude coffee production. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about the coffee planting process, from preparing the soil to planting the coffee plants, and ultimately enjoy a cup of delicious coffee between the mountains.
